A Focus on Others

Analogy

Have you ever been on a rollercoaster ride? Think about it for a moment. When you’re on a rollercoaster, you’re not in control. You can’t slow it down or make it go faster. You can’t change the direction or make it stop. You’re just along for the ride, and all you can do is hang on and enjoy the experience. In a way, life is like a rollercoaster ride. There are ups and downs, twists and turns, and unexpected surprises. But just like on a rollercoaster, you can’t control everything that happens to you. What you can control, however, is how you respond to those ups and downs. And one of the best ways to respond is by focusing on others.
